This EP serves as epilogue to the narrative of Lainist's 2021 debut album, 'The Light in This Darkness'. Bookending its dystopian adventure with one final charge into the fray, Lainist constructs a massive chug of synthwave and industrial techno as something of a 'climax in afterward' - before surprising us by spending it's closing moments ruminating in the calm of the resulting ruin.
